Branford, Connecticut, July 1, 2019 – Marie-Louise Burkle will begin her 3rd decade as CEO of Autac Incorporated, the only 100% woman-owned company in its industry. Ms. Burkle is on the manufacturing floor each day overseeing production and is responsible for strategy, business development, and finance.
About Marie-Louise Burkle
Ms. Burkle started out in the auto industry in the late 1980s as an award-winning marketing expert in that field. Initially working with local dealerships and consulting for petroleum-based businesses. During her tenure at Johnson and Wales University (A.S. Entrepreneurship 1995), she expanded her freelance career into marketing and sponsorship promotion for local and regional NASCAR-affiliated teams. From 1995-1999 Ms. Burkle taught Automotive Technology and ran the DECA Program at Cape Cod Technical High School.
Ms. Burkle is also the Founder and President of Dragonfly Holistics (2007), which manufactures products for chemical-free living, retails high-quality teas and operates a wellness center in Killingworth, CT. The primary focus of her wellness practice is clients suffering from chronic health conditions, with a major focus on Tick Borne illnesses.
